The Girls on the Run Southeastern Wisconsin Young Professionals Board is proud to host GOTR Fitness Week – Move with Meaning, a week-long series of fitness experiences designed to energize your body while supporting a powerful mission. From January 26–31, join us at studios and community partners across the Milwaukee area and turn your movement into meaningful impact.

Proceeds from Fitness Week go directly to Girls on the Run Southeastern Wisconsin, supporting our mission of building confidence, strength, and resilience in young girls through our life-changing programs.

Why Mentoring Matters: 6 Reasons to Become a Mentor

When you were young, did you have a mentor in your life? Someone who constantly reminded you of your value, showed you the ropes and took the time to listen? If you answered yes, you are likely smiling right now and fondly remembering a great lesson your mentor taught you. If not, you are perhaps wondering what that type of impact must have been like. This year, help more girls answer ‘yes’ to this question. We promise that you will reap just as many benefits – including increased overall happiness – in the process. FREE PULSE Health & Wellness Event Sept 8th!

Join Girls on the Run at the FREE Pulse Health & Wellness Fest in the Aurora Pavilion for a Fun-Filled Family Walk!

Start your day with us at the beautiful Lakeshore State Park, where you can enjoy a refreshing 1-mile walk designed for all ages. Before setting off, participate in an engaging Girls on the Run activity that promotes health and wellness, and get energized with a group stretch. Don’t miss out—register early to snag a free t-shirt and a 2025 Summerfest ticket!

Doors open at 10:00 am - Preregistered participants can pick-up their t-shirt & Summerfest ticket.
Walk Starts at 10:30 am - Aurora Pavilion

As we proudly shared — or more accurately, exclaimed — in our 7 Reasons Why We’re Excited About Hello, Superstar! blog, there is so much GOTR goodness to look forward to in 2024. Since 1996, we have been on a mission to support girls’ physical, emotional, and social needs and spark joy! Hello, Superstar! continues to deliver on that commitment. We are oh-so energized to share more details about this new set of lessons. Let’s explore and expand on some of the specific additions and enhancements coming with this launch.
