2025-2026 New Board Members & Executive Officers Announced
New Executive Board Leadership
We are excited to welcome Tenia Smith as our new Board Chair. Tenia brings strategic vision and deep commitment to our work, helping guide the organization’s next chapter.
Kristin Rutter has been elected Vice Chair, contributing her strong leadership and organizational insight.
We’re also pleased to have Becky Miller continue her service as Treasurer, and Glenna Scholle-Malone returning as Secretary—both providing continuity and experienced stewardship in their roles.
New Board Members
This year, we also welcome five new Board Members whose professional and personal experiences will help expand the reach and impact of our programs:
-
Laura Hackbarth (KPMG): A past 5K attendee and cheer squad member, Laura brings expertise in finance, accounting, board governance, and organizational leadership.
-
Chris Eisold (Northwestern Mutual): A proud Girls on the Run parent and past 5K buddy, Chris offers valuable experience in investments, legal oversight, and governance.
-
Ashley McNulty (Godfrey & Kahn): Though her coaching journey was brief, Ashley’s background in legal affairs, HR, and public speaking will be a great asset.
-
Camille Ffrench (Concordia University/Sculpting Sistas): A past coach at MCP 38th Street, Camille brings strengths in wellness, leadership, and DEI through both her academic and entrepreneurial work.
-
Jissella Serrano (Molson Coors): A current coach at Country Dale, Jissella contributes skills in strategic planning, networking, and a strong passion for coaching and inclusivity.
As we continue to grow and serve more girls across Southeastern Wisconsin, we are deeply grateful for the leadership and support of this dynamic and dedicated Board. Together, we look forward to another impactful year filled with confidence-building, joy, and girl empowerment.
