Our Emcee: Camille Ffrench

SS26 Emcee and Chairs (1000 x 1000 px)

Camille Ffrench is a lifelong advocate for youth, wellness, and community engagement whose career reflects a deep commitment to empowering girls and young people. From serving as a City Year Corps Member, to teaching middle school social studies, coaching cheerleading, and leading Girls on the Run on campus, Camille has consistently shown up for students in meaningful and impactful ways.

In addition to her work in education, Camille is the co-owner of Sculpting Sistas Fitness, a wellness organization dedicated to helping women and girls build confidence, strength, and healthy habits through movement and community. She currently serves as the Campus and Community Engagement Specialist at Concordia University Wisconsin, where she supports students with developmental disabilities through the Hesed Transition Program. Camille is also pursuing her PhD in Leadership in Innovation and Continuous Improvement, with research focused on expanding health and wellness access for women, particularly in underserved communities across Wisconsin.

Camille proudly serves on the Girls on the Run of Southeastern Wisconsin Board of Directors and is honored to bring her energy, voice, and heart to the Sneaker Soirée stage as emcee. Her passion for leadership, movement, and community aligns seamlessly with the mission of Girls on the Run.

⭐ Our Sneaker Soiree Event Co-Chairs ⭐

Sneaker Soiree would not be possible without the leadership, vision, and dedication of our Event Co-Chairs, who help shape this signature fundraiser and expand opportunities for more girls to participate in Girls on the Run.

Alicia Kiser serves as Partner and Executive Vice President of Human Resources at M3 Insurance, where she helps shape the organization’s strategic direction and leads a people-first HR strategy focused on growth, innovation, and long-term success. Since joining M3 in 2011, Alicia has advanced through multiple leadership roles and now serves on the Executive Operating Committee, helping ensure M3 remains a workplace of choice for top talent.

Beyond her professional leadership, Alicia is deeply committed to community service. She serves on the board of St. Camillus and is a TEMPO Milwaukee Board Member. Her leadership has been recognized with honors including BizTimes Notable Women in Insurance, Notable Minority Executive, and the ATHENA Young Professional Award.

Alicia believes strongly in the mission of Girls on the Run, particularly the organization’s ability to combine physical activity, confidence-building, and life skills to support girls during critical developmental years. As an Event Co-Chair, she brings strategic insight and thoughtful leadership to help guide Sneaker Soirée’s vision and impact.

In his role, Greg understands the importance of investing in youth and creating spaces where community can thrive. A former competitive runner and proud girl dad, Greg deeply understands the power of programs like Girls on the Run, where physical activity is paired with character-building lessons to inspire confidence, resilience, and leadership in young girls. His personal and professional experiences reinforce his commitment to creating opportunities that support girls’ growth both on and off the track.
